About the Project

Clear, calm guidance for adults living with nerve symptoms

The Neuropathy Relief Project is an educational resource and interactive assessment platform for people living with peripheral neuropathy. Tingling, numbness, burning, and unsteadiness can be unsettling, especially when the words used to describe them feel technical or unclear. We exist to make that experience easier to understand — in plain language, at a calm pace, one step at a time.

Our website is built for adults, particularly those aged 55 and older, who want clear information without the noise. Everything we share is written to be easy on the eyes and easy to understand, with larger text, simple navigation, and a gentle tone. Visitors can read short, jargon-free articles about what peripheral neuropathy is, how symptoms tend to feel, daily habits that support nerve comfort, and how to talk with a doctor about what they're experiencing.

Alongside the articles, we offer a free, guided assessment. In a few simple questions — one per screen, at your own pace — it gathers what you've been feeling into a clear summary. There is no diagnosis and no pressure. If it feels right, you can use that summary to request a free 15-minute consultation with our team.

The project is led by Charles Ferrante, D.C., who brings a clinician's perspective to the guidance shared here. Our promise is simple: education and assessment only. We do not diagnose medical conditions or guarantee treatment results. Your health and your decisions stay your own — this is a starting point, not a prescription.

Education and assessment, not diagnosis

We help you understand your symptoms and find a sensible next step. Understanding your own situation always comes from a conversation with a qualified professional.
